Snipers are going to be the end of me...

Every game i play has the most cracked sniper players aiming faster than my gun and flicking in milliseconds. The only way i can kill them is if they miss the shot and its just very boring and makes games not fun at all. all my friends agree with me and just play another game when it gets to much.
