Flashing and disappearing textures.

Had anyone experienced flashing or missing textures in the game?

I've re installed GPU drivers, checked other games, verified game files, changed graphics settings, restarted my pc obviously.

I've checked everything and I'm completely lost on what to do.

The issues started happening today after I was testing the difference between FSR and Rate Shading.
