How much HTML do you think Bill knows?

He briefly referred to HTML and hyperlinks in the last pod, at which point it occurred to me he has to have some degree of web/CMS knowledge given how long he's been in the game and his origins.

I'd put the over under at "he can use a text editor and manually add links and styling to text, and he has strong opinions about different CMS platforms, but he's only heard of the term CSS and couldn't explain what that does."
