Is there a reason why Schrift names are in English despite the rest of Quincy's techniques having German names?

I've been trying to think of a reason why Schrifts specifically have English names instead of German names. All I could think of is that it somehow relates to maybe Fullbringers? Because the names of their Fullbrings are in English if I remember correctly.
