Is there a place you can willingly admit yourself and live in a closed area where you are told what to do every day?

I'm not handling life as an adult high-functioning autism diagnosed man. Is there any term for a place where you can place yourself willingly and you are given a schedule and mentor that tells you what to do 7 days a week? Does places like this just not exist?
