Very good high schools in Auckland

Hi everyone,

We have 2 boys and one coming to intermediate and another in primary and we are starting to think of high schools. We are renting in Western Springs High School zone and have heard very good and not very good feedback on the school. A view of all the schools around Auckland (google reviews) are the same. Extremely good reviews and one you want to run away from. Auckland grammar reviews stipulate that they are too focused on academics and nothing else. After some personal opinion on which schools should we look into. I am aware the public schools and private schools are not far off from each other in NZ when it comes to outcomes. Keen to hear your suggestions on schools that build all round good young men from academics to sports and everything else.
