Events/Parties

So I’m 18 and well wanted to see what a event would feel like the only problem I’m having is that some events and or parties are 21+ (drinking I’m guessing) which is fine I wanted long enough to do the deed lol

I was just wondering if I’m hyping it up for what it can maybe be and am disappointed for when it does happen

Should I wait it out or find ones that I can attend or am I just being impatient?
