Officers with a shaving profile?

What are your guys’ feelings about officers with shaving profiles?

Me being an NCO, I talked to a couple officers and they told me they like to hold themselves up to higher standards and they don’t want the appearance of facial hair to affect their OERs in the case their rater/SR doesn’t like facial hair. Even if they have a legitimate medical reason for a profile, they’ll refuse the profile.

I know opinions are probably going to vary from combat MOS’ and support MOS’, but I personally like seeing my commander with facial hair…
