Frames don't stay consistent and i feel like they should be, or am i wrong?
ive spent countless hours watching videos, reading reddit posts, changing settings to optimize this game as much as it can be optimized.
Ryzen 7 5800x
rtx 2070
fps capped at 141
all video settings in game are low or disabled.
gpu basically maxes out while playing according to task manager
during just about every gun fight, my frames drop somewhere between 141 down to like 110 and i dont understand why with my hardware and all the optimizations why i cant at least hold my refresh rate cap.
when i used uncapped i would get as high as 200 fps most of the time but they drop when i get into a fight.
just about any optimization you can think of for this game ive tried and there's gotta be something else i'm missing thats causing me problems.
or is it just that my hardware isnt good enough to run this game stable?
