update to my previous post

the image that you see is of when i scanned the exe (or maybe it was msi) file....and then i scanned the entire folder with virustotal (link in comments)..

i dont have any bank accounts linked and have changed the password of some important sites. ..what should i do next ...is wiping my computer necessary??
