Get gold. Then platinum?

What is the ideal timeline and way to go from gold to platinum?

I want both sign up bonuses eventually.

I’m trying to get a 90k or 100k, although every time I try I can only access the 60k gold sign up bonus.

Any assistance would be great. I’ve tried to research but most threads have old signup links.
