Is poop smell really a thing?

It's my first flight tomorrow and I really want a windows seat. The regular ones in the main cabin are already taking so I'm thinking about row 25. Is being in front of the restroom an issue? Does it smell? It would be nice to get these two seats since I'm travelling with my partner and we wouldn't have to bother the person sitting in the aisle.
