what should i do?

i’ve finished year 11 and year 12 is almost around the corner. i was fully set on doing math, econ and biology for my a levels since i quite enjoy these subjects but i remembered that i low-key wanna get into the medical field for a career path and most of them require me to do a chemistry a level but i didn’t do triple science for my gcses. And i don’t really enjoy chemistry even though i may have to do it to get into my career. what should i do? should i stick to the subjects that i’m doing or should i switch out one of them for chem that could potentially benefit my future?
