Best advice/tools for creating a routine that helps you be productive and feel good?

I absolutely have no routine and I end up wasting so much time, scrolling social media till 2am/picking up my phone first thing in the morning draining all my energy on things that don’t matter. My life feels so chaotic and I want to create a routine that helps me be the most productive and physically feel good. Where do I even start? Any tools or advice that can help? What is your routine?
