My boyfriend locked me out in the cold all night

My boyfriend and I have been together for two years. Yesterday, we had a big fight because I didn’t want to sleep with him. He grabbed my hand, forced me out of the house, and locked the door. It was snowing, and my phone was inside. I was begging him to let me at least take my phone and a a sweatshirt I had nowhere to go since we had just moved to this city two weeks ago, and I don’t really know anyone here. In the end, I went to a neighbor and told them I couldn’t find my phone, asking if they could use their phone , I called my brother and told him I was locked out. He drove an hour and a half to pick me up. Right now, I’m at my brother’s house. I barely slept because I kept thinking about what happened. I just can’t believe he would do something like that. I don’t know if I should break up with him or not.?
