So I have long Covid and my group told me to maybe ask this here ! So question

Advice plz !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For my fellows with kids how do y’all deal with the fear of getting Covid again with your child going to school ? Or your significant other going to work ? My husband just started back at work after 10 months of my long Covid journey so far My 3 year old will also start school next year and it scares the crap out of me . Any advice / precautions would be grateful thank you !
