[Citizen decision] I’m looking to get my first Citizen watch

Been looking at some different lines, namely the Tsuyosa line and a few Skyhawks but the regular prices are a bit high for me. Wanting to get something to start my collection that I won’t regret later (i.e., too gaudy or too mass market), and wanting Eco-drive tech as well as A-T all for less than $500. Do yall have any suggestions as to other Citizen lines I should consider, and what price would be a deal for a Skyhawk (metal bracelet) or Tsuyosa? Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!
