Did your bike get stolen?

While taking my dog out to pee, I saw these guys walking a bike down the street on Jan 16 at 10:40. I didn’t think much of it until a cop drove by and they both hid behind a parked car. By the time I got into my car I couldn’t see where they went to get a license plate #. While I was outside, I did see them turn North onto Vancouver Street from Yates.
