Lost my steam after this last denial

Trying to stay focused but this has become a process to say the least. I had been at it steady for almost a year now and I cannot get my head back around the most basic things when it comes to these claims. I’m trying to go back to school (this is more to stay busy and have something to focus on than anything else ) but it seems to be hurting me as far MH rating increase being in the VRE chap 31 program. How have some of you others navigated this in order to get the increase you deserve and need while being in the VRE program ? I honestly feel like I am gonna wear myself down so much and not make it through these 12 hours of summer classes. I’ve not been able to work in a few years now because of MH issues. The VA states that this isn’t at all an issue to warrant an increase and to 70% …….. not sure what I am looking for here ….
