CEPP CC Cashback Confusion

So I have a question. I've got a Lenovo corporate ID but their terms say no CC cashback for the employee purchase program but then it says it is applicable if you buy through CEPP. I'm confused – aren't they the same thing? So if I buy a laptop through CEPP, will I get a cashback?
