I just got off the phone with a success coach and it was another hour! Every time I call them to set up classes, I feel that the call drags on. Does anyone feel like this?

They ask me what I do outside of work and how I de-stress like I don't care, I am just calling to set up my next set of classes. Important to note- that I do not set up appointments with my specific coach, I usually just call the student number. Please tell me I am not alone!
