Normal to be ignored?

I recently applied for a job in a retail store and I passed the telephone interview. I was told i’d receive and email with time slots for a face-to-face interview within one to two weeks. After two weeks I contacted the support team and they shared the message with the hiring manager. I’m 17 so i’m not sure if this is normal or if I did something wrong?
