how most kerla~ immigrants are successful in UAE

not to shame or hurt anyone, but most people I met which are from the area of kerla or Tamil are really successful and on top of that a lot of them lives abroad mentioning UAE. most of them have businesses and successful jobs despite not having the best study past nor near perfect grades. it's a thought I had when I was younger and it came to me again. didn't mean to be offensive or anything. this means most people I met on restaurants or schools or even heard about. yes of course their are people who earn it through hard work but I just want a answer.
