In a weird spot with Crime City Nightmare TF

I absolutely adore the skin, the lore, the effects are legendary-tier.

But the fucking skin ain't, damnit. It feels so odd, because I swear it feels like it should be one. The lore makes it seem like it should be, the effects make it seem like it should be, and the effort put into it makes it seem like it should be. Hell, Riot knew everyone was practically expecting either it or the Akali skin to be legendary, so they knew there was demand for Twisted Fate to get an actual legendary skin.

No, I guess. It's such a beautiful skin, but I'm also kind of disappointed by it?
