Where did the romance go?

Can someone explain to me why tunisian men don’t approach girls anymore? We are not as open as the westerns where men approach girls in the street or wherever casually and start conversation, and at the same time We are not like other arabs who try to find spouses with the help of their mom.. we are neither I feel like men stopped chasing girls nowadays, maybe if they meet someone on the internet which wouldn’t workout most likely or just sit and wait and not do anything about it. But WHYY? Seriously, you are making it so hard for us feminine girls who need that chasing masculine energy Plz someone explain

Edit: firstly, when i said street i obviously didn’t mean it literally, it could be in a coffee shop, bar, restaurant wherever. Secondly, this question is to nice well mannered man and not « freret » or whatever you guys are calling it in the comments.
