Can anyone help me make better downtowns/skylines?

I excel at making industrial zones, plaza's, parks and harbors but i suck at making downtowns or skylines😭😭😭. I want an organized skyline with a clear view of the streets but still making it look dense kind of like the skyline of chicago. If you could help me please do id really appreciate it
