My sim is gonna make me crash out

(sorry for terrible photo of tv screen but you get the idea) Lemme take you along with me for a second, she gives birth to twins, wesley and delilah, she already has an infant named elias. She gives birth and I immediately make her go feed and change the infant, my eyes are on her the WHOLE time, I immediately send her to the OBGYN to get an IUD because I want her to focus on the kids she has already. Then I get THIS pop up, of course my sim would invent immaculate conception in the sims 4 lmao
