Hailey Transcendent mods

I’ve just come back to the game a couple days ago after not playing for over a month & I noticed Hailey’s red mods came out in the recent update.

My question to anyone that has used them is, do they move the needle for Hailey as a mobber or bosser? Is it worth sinking a couple more catalysts into her to incorporate one of the new mods? If so, which one?
