Am I ready for lunatic cultist +

so I beat the golem a few days ago, and ofc that means I can now fight the lunatic, the pillars, then moon lord. So far the journey has been pretty smooth since I’ve got the flame thrower.

Just wanted to understand, am I ready for the lunatic and onwards? If not please give me ur suggestions on how to prepare
