Post swim food
Hi there! I swim twice a week at night with a masters ground and get home around 9pm. I have been really struggling with what to eat afterwards to feel full and properly recovered. I have been waking up at night after swimming starving. I have to get up early in the morning so I have to eat something that is fairly light and not too heavy so I can get to sleep, any ideas?? I have been eating a meat and cheese snack pack with some hard boiled eggs and a protein shake and it does not seem to do the trick.
