Experiences with Lieven de Key (Prins Hendrikkade)?

Hi, everyone! Not sure if this is the best place to ask but I wanted to know if anyone's had experiences with the Lieven de Key housing at Prins Hendrikkade? Luckily, I was able to reserve a room there. The reviews about about Lieven de Key in general admittedly worried me a little, though. There are also scarce photos on their websites/apps, so any insight re: the location/neighborhood, the states of the rooms, etc. would be much appreciated.

I will say that I don't really care about the size of the room or its distance from attractions or the campus, but I do prefer a room that's not too run down or anything? I've heard that housing in the city centre tends to be that way. I'll still take it, of course! (There's no way I'm passing up a housing offer haha) Just wanted to level my expectations and be prepared! Thanks in advance :)
