Why is my naked lobe wrinkly?

Now, since I don't have a good recent pic of my naked lobe, I'm just going to attach this thing I drew for you.

The thing is, my freshly stretched to 0g ear is the one on the left, where I can see these microbumps and little tears, where as my girl's lobe which is perfectly healed, normal 12mm lobe for a year now is the one on the right, and it is a nice, round hole.

Questions are - Is this a problem? Is it permanent? Willit get better?

Now, I'm not experiencing any pain, discomfort, swelling, bleeding or puss coming out of my lobes and stuff. I just don't want my naked ears to be so ugly... 😅
