What changes would you have made to improve the sequels?

Opinions are divided on the Star Wars sequels. While there were some good aspects (like Ben Solo or the visuals- from what I’ve been told), there are other things that people hated.

If you were to change the sequels- with any decision- such as changing the directors or producers or removing some characters- what would you do?
