Please help, no internet

Im in Florida, had internet until 5 am, woke up around 10 am to nothing. It's been out all day, I've reset, unplugged, there's no outage in my area according to customer support. The light with the X is off, the received button blinks occasionally as does the wifi light. I don't know what to do. What could have happened, do I need a new router. Support is no help.
