Am I saying this right ?

I’m a newbie with Spanish but when a boy I’m talking to gets mad and cusses at me in Spanish, I want to say “don’t talk to me like that” so I say “no me hables así” is this correct or is there a better way to say it? Thanks😬 I don’t think he would correct me because he thinks it’s silly/cute when I try to speak Spanish
