I’m heartbroken

My new neighbor (who has been here MAYBE a week) complained to the leasing office that the snake plants were over grown and she had a hard time getting to her door .. LIES I’m just sad and hurt. It looks hideous!! I know they don’t regrow I just don’t know what to do…
