Is it time to repot?

I've had it just over a year now and it's always been in the soil and pot I bought it in.

I have chopped off some dead bits (as you can see on the leaf in the middle with the flat top) and brought it back from a slightly bad state. I'm still slightly concerned about the leftmost leaf with some small brown patches.

Does it need new soil and a bigger pot?
