Starting differin! [Acne]

I've been holding on to a tube of differin for about a year after someone gave it a glowing recommendation at Wal-Mart. At the time I had just bought a bunch of stuff from the Ordinary and didn't want to involve yet another product. My current routine has helped with oilyness and texture but I'm still struggling with acne, regular and cystic. I decided to start differin now as a last resort but I'm not sure where to add it into my routine, what products to discontinue and which to keep, and in what order.

Current routine: AM Neutrogena ultra gentle foaming cleanser TO Niacinamide + Zinc CeraVe PM moisturizer La Roche Posay Anthelios 50

PM Makeup eraser with warm water Neutrogena cleanser again TO Glycolic Acid TO Rosehip oil CeraVe moisturizer Neosporin as spot treatment

Thank you!!!

Edit: I have normal-oily, very acne prone, but not particularly sensitive skin.
