Holy shit we learned so much

They gave us so much information in s2e2…. - Mark IDed Gemma’s body but it was burned …? He seems certain it was her but the burn seems like an important detail leaving room for obscurity - possible proximity to Grand Rapids ? - Burt & Irv know each other in real life… and have some sort of a past… past lovers maybe considering Irv tells Burt not to worry that “his innie got the message” aka don’t worry I won’t interfere with your new life anymore ? Also Burt is crying and stalking him ? - body guard / creepy board guy has a frolic tattoo ?? - most importantly - confirmation that Helena’s outtie IS the one on the severed floor bc the elevator didn’t ding (although they conveniently did not show the light switch) and confirmation that the elevator itself causes the switch and apparently can be overridden (idk if everyone interpreted this but that’s how I interpreted the focus on the green to red lights and the audible “ding” that did not happen for her) - mark did not want to return and seemingly does not know anything about Gemma (which rules out a theory I saw that he made a deal with lumon) and is most definitely of great importance to lumen, and specifically his relationship with Gemma (and ability to finish the cold harbor file) is of premium importance to the board - only 48 hours actually passed, so doesn’t seem like any possibility of any of them re-integrating before last episode (unless they had already started it) - we are hearing Dylan’s wife’s voice but not seeing her face, why ??? (her voice sounded a lot like hellys to me but there is no way in hell I could explain that so just a coincidence I think)

Also soooo much emphasis on light contrasts and tricks of the eye / fading/blending between scenes and also retina / pupil dilation / light flashes, some strong hinting at what people have mentioned on here (outtie mark burning images into his retinas)

Random side note but Dylan’s culdesac is a lumon raindrop 💧
