Is the restaurant industry a viable CAREER option nowadays
i just started my first restaurant job 6 months ago expoing/running and I’ve fallen in love with almost everything about it. It’s the only time I’ve been passionate about a job, im 16 I know im supposed to have a lot of time to decide, the reason why i feel stuck on what to do is im also being offered the family buisness when im of age. Which id probably pull in minimum 10k a month but its blue collar and something i do not care about what so ever
Brutally honestly could/should i climb the ladder and have it be a successful career for me or is there just not enough money in it. I’d assume I’d have to move up to management eventually but I wasn’t on planning on getting a bachelors degree or anything.
