I have a question!!

So today I had an interview for an SLPA position. I showed up and 3 women were interviewing me. HR was in the room which I thought was interesting. Can anyone let me know if this is normal? ALSO, after the interview they wanted me to do a working interview which I agreed with. The HR lady told me that she’ll email me with some stuff that I need to do beforehand. I read the email and it stated that I needed to have AT LEAST an hour and a half to complete which was also weird. I clicked the link and I had to choose between a plus, minus, or a maybe for 200 questions. One of them including if I would “kill in animal if I knew it was suffering” something like that…they also used verbiage like “gung ho” referring to colleagues. The second test I had to complete was 80 questions and it was timed for 30 minutes. I have ADHD and was surprised to see the time constraint and then I clicked on the test expecting SLPA scenario questions but instead it was an IQ test. It was so weird to me but I need to know if I’m just thinking that taking an IQ test really would impact if I got hired for an SLPA position. I live in California btw and just got my licensure and this was my second interview. Please let me know what you think about all this I really need some professional advice.
