Rancid Treats ? - Got dog sick

I have been doing Rover for five years. Today was the first time a dog ever got sick or injured on my watch. I gave him these treats and a couple hours later, he started to wobble like a drunk. He could barely stand and was just staring off into the distance. He started to vomit but stopped at salivating. Please help — have you ever had a dog have these symptoms? What was the diagnosis? Any bad stories with these treats? I feel awful
