Found on Scottish Beach

Just wonderingnif anyone knows what these 2 things might be?

The first one ..the outline of the darker colour is almost purple. It is really pretty

The second it kind of glittery when the light hits it and has concentric raised circles aroundnthe top. The bottom is flat. Looks like a bun.
