Did tyler the creator cancel his performance in soundstorm 24 ?

Im not from Riyadh and I bought flight tickets to Riyadh and the soundstorm ticket just for to see him , but when i checked today i didn't see him in the line-up.

Did they announce it somewhere? Because i don't have any social apps .

If so , then can i refund the tickets? Because i don't have a reason to go to Riyadh except to see him perform. Thank you
