help me

i really want to complete this limited collection. it will be my first try to do so. could you give me some tips on how to do it? should i spend runes on 4 bags or will the free one be enough? should i send toothles on the long searches or the shortest? what are my chances of completing the collection? i will be glad to read any helpful tips from you.
