plex_debrid not connecting to Plex Server

Hoping someone can help - trying to get plex_debrid working.

My Plex server works just fine in a docker container...got overseer connected to it along with *arr

I've followed the plex_debrid docker instructions to the letter on GitHib and installed it on the same server as my docker plex instance

Whatever I try it will not connect to Plex - keeps coming back with this error:

It looks like your plex server could not be reached at 'http://localhost:32400'. Make sure that plex media server is running, that you have claimed the server and that you have created at least one plex library.

I've tried every combination of http/https, localhost/host IP/docker name/docker IP and cannot get past this point.

I'm using a custom port for Plex but from what I can tell that's only relevant from outside my network

Anyone had this problem before?
