Is this normal?

Okay so long story short, i quit vaping 25 days ago to be exact. i’ve been on patches since and im planning as taking them as instructed. (step1: 4 weeks, step2: 2 weeks, step3: 2 weeks). now at first i had no issue with the patches other than them falling off and i have to put a second skin over it. but now every morning i put on the step 1 patches i feel a faint headache or lightheadedness and just weird in general.

am i getting nic sick from the patches? what should i do? do i go to step 2 patches?

if this matters, i was vaping for about four years straight and would finish an hqd plus in about three to four days.
