Should we visit Culebra and/or Vieques or another island?

Hey all. Planning to spend 10-14 days in Puerto Rico. I’m going with my wife and 2 kids (4 and 6 years old). My question is should we visit Culebra or Vieques? Are they worth visiting and spending a few nights at? Additionally is it worth visiting another nearby Caribbean island while we are in the area?
