when will my voice get deeper

i’m turning 16 in 2 weeks and bro my voice sounds as if i was 10 although i have this weird ability to talk with a deep ass voice without having to force myself too much its like if i had 2 voices and i could choose with which one i talk but the problen is that my natural main voice is a really high pitched childish voice and legit nobody can take me serious and no girls find this attractive except the ones that look at me like im a baby and are like awww ur so cute when will my voice finally sound bearable to listen to bro when i hear my own voice on a video or when im talking and mid sentence realize how bad my voice is i just stfu cuz my voice imo makes ears bleed
