Weaning after a month

My Psych has me weaning off Pristiq - it’s been a month but I’ve had horrible side effects. Tomorrow I start 50 mg of Pristiq and 20 mg of Prozac for a week, week 2 25 mg of Pristiq and 40 mg of Prozac and then just 40 mg of Prozac. Has anyone weaned after a month? Is it bearable?
